Day by day: what the immersion covers
February 8 — Arrival and orientation
Advisors arrive at the private luxury villa in Akumal, meet the private chefs cooking that week, and sit down for orientation. The first conversation is not about inventory. It is about how a curated itinerary is actually assembled, and which relationships make it hold.
February 9 — The catamaran day
A private catamaran on the Caribbean, run through Living Dreams Mexico. Advisors learn how a water day is timed, staffed, and sold — the light, the reef stops, the crew, the details clients remember and brochures never mention.
February 10 — The jungle
Cenotes, zip lines, canoes, and tortillas made by hand with a local family. This is the day where the difference between a booked excursion and a cultural exchange becomes obvious.
February 11 — Muyil and Sian Ka'an
The Muyil ruins, the boardwalk through the jungle, and the float down an ancient Mayan canal in the Sian Ka'an biosphere. Advisors learn how to frame a place with history in it without flattening that history into a tagline.
February 12 — Departure
