The Program
The Conscious Creator is an application-based travel education retreat for travel advisors. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Space is limited, and acceptance is at the sole discretion of Nicci Grotefendt and The Conscious Creator.
Payments and Cancellations
Specific pricing, deposit, and cancellation terms are provided directly to accepted applicants as part of their enrollment materials and are not restated here. Those enrollment materials govern for any accepted applicant.
Third-Party Suppliers
Travel arrangements associated with The Conscious Creator, including villas, excursions, and local transportation, are provided by independently operated local suppliers and partners. The Conscious Creator and Travel GHR coordinate these arrangements but do not directly operate them.
Intellectual Property
The content on this site, including text, images, and design, belongs to Travel GHR and The Conscious Creator and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Travel involves inherent risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travel GHR and The Conscious Creator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program or use of this site.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA.
